With Healthy Eating Habits
Like many people, I used to go on carb-free diets and spend hours exercising. The excess weight would go away, but not for long. As soon as I lost motivation from constant hunger and exhaustion from workouts, the weight would come back twice as much.
This went on until I learned how to build a healthy relationship with food and started following a balanced diet. I created this blog to help avoid my mistakes.
